About Us

Laird’s Hall is a historic private estate currently being restored in the countryside near Kutaisi, Georgia. Dating back around 160 years, the property immediately captured our imagination when we first discovered it. Surrounded by open landscape and quiet history, it felt like the perfect place to create something special. 

Our aim is to preserve the character and heritage of the estate while carefully restoring the buildings and grounds to a high standard. The hall and its historic features will remain at the heart of the estate, complemented by thoughtful additions designed to create a refined and welcoming environment.

When complete, Laird’s Hall will operate as a private all-inclusive estate where a small number of guests are welcomed as residents of the house. The estate will include vineyard villas, hosted dining in the Great Hall, farm-to-table food and wines, a historic sanctuary for quiet reflection, a spa with sauna and gym, and curated daily excursions exploring the region.
