Every project has a moment where it begins to take shape — for us, that moment was finding Laird’s Hall. Set in the peaceful countryside near Kutaisi, in the heart of Georgia’s historic wine region, the estate immediately stood out — not because it was finished or refined, but because of what it could become. We saw the potential for something different:

• A luxury vineyard estate in Georgia 
• Private villas overlooking the vines 
• A restored Great Hall for shared dining and shared experiences
• A place where guests can slow down and feel part of the land

From the beginning, our vision has been clear — to create an all-inclusive estate experience where everything is considered, and nothing feels transactional. We’re not building a hotel. We’re creating a place where:

• Guests feel a sense of privacy and ownership 
• The surroundings remain natural and unspoiled 
• The experience is simple, but thoughtfully designed 

Georgia, with its deep wine heritage and relaxed pace of life, offered us the perfect setting — and the right foundation for what Laird’s Hall is becoming.

Since launching the website, we’ve already welcomed over 500 visitors — a strong early sign that people are looking for something more personal, more considered, and more unique.

This is where The Laird’s Journal comes in.

We’ll be documenting our journey as we build Laird’s Hall — from the first groundwork and vineyard planting, through to the creation of the villas and the opening of the estate.

We’ll also begin sharing this journey across our social media channels in the coming weeks. Those who follow early will see Laird’s Hall take shape from the very beginning, with early access to updates and future stay releases.

Laird’s Hall is planned to open in 2027 as a luxury vineyard estate in Georgia, built around experience, simplicity, and connection to the land.
