Laird’s Hall is a historic estate located in the countryside near Kutaisi, Georgia, dating back approximately 160 years. Remarkably, the property remained in the hands of a single family from the time it was established until very recently. We are only the second custodians of this unique estate, and we feel a deep responsibility to preserve its heritage while carefully shaping its future.

The estate currently includes eight historic buildings, each of which will be sensitively restored and preserved. These buildings will be adapted to support the life of the estate, including the Great Hall for hosted dining, a historic sanctuary for quiet reflection, and additional spaces for wellness and relaxation.

Alongside the restoration of the historic estate, a small collection of luxury vineyard villas will be created within the surrounding landscape. Designed to sit naturally among the vineyards, these villas will offer spacious interiors, high ceilings and large windows that open onto beautiful views of the countryside.

Each villa will feature refined furnishings, air conditioning and filtered fresh air systems to ensure comfort throughout the year. Private terraces overlooking the vineyards will provide the perfect setting for guests to relax and enjoy the calm atmosphere of the estate.

Our aim is to combine historic character with understated luxury, creating an intimate vineyard estate experience unlike anywhere else in the region.
